Executive Assistant Liverpool Hybrid Working Up to £40,000 DOE 3-Month Temporary Assignment Immediate Start Available Adaptable Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a reputable organisation based in Liverpool on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional EA who can hit the ground running, providing high-level support to a busy Senior Leadership Team whilst handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for senior stakeholders Acting as the first point of contact for emails, correspondence and enquiries Prioritising communications and responding to routine correspondence where appropriate Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes Monitoring actions and ensuring deadlines are met Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders Processing and monitoring expense submissions Maintaining accurate filing systems and records Supporting the wider team with administrative and organisational requirements About You Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant Strong diary management and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, professional and highly confidential approach Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently What's on Offer?
