�? Key Responsibilities �?
? Oversee and maintain all aspects of the club's facilities, including cleaning, grounds, hospitality, and health & safety.
? Provide clear direction to staff, fostering a positive team spirit.
? Set and maintain high standards for behaviour and productivity.
? Assist the General Manager with reporting, analysis, and basic accounting tasks.
? Recruit and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training as needed.
? Delegate work appropriately, ensure fair rota scheduling, and conduct regular appraisals.
? Make prompt and clear decisions, taking responsibility for actions and projects.
? Operate a system of maintenance reporting and ensure completion of both small and large requirements.
? Optimise bar stock levels and manage contracts with suppliers.
? Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, maintaining high standards of quality.
