The Role: As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and logistics support to the accreditation sections for defined customers and assessment managers. Your responsibilities will include coordination and booking of assessment visits, liaison between customers, assessment managers, and contracted assessors & experts, processing of pre and post-visit documentation, as well as handling hotel and travel bookings.
