We provide a complete, scalable finance function — from core accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls through to forecasting, treasury management, investor relations, and strategic CFO support. Our collaborative and agile approach helps founders reduce stress, save time, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale with confidence.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the delivery of timely financial reporting. You’ll work with our FinOps team and senior staff on various client accounts to ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time, providing a high level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping, Data Entry & Xero Reconciliations: Maintain accurate financial records through timely and accurate data entry across all financial systems, including performing regular reconciliations in Xero
  • Payroll Administration: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring all statutory requirements are met
  • Supplier Payments: Manage supplier payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on schedule
  • VAT Submissions: Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements and deadlines
  • Tax Compliance: Support general tax compliance including preparation of P11Ds and other statutory filings

About You

  • Experience in a finance administrator, bookkeeping, finance assistant, or similar role
  • Good practical understanding of supplier invoices, customer invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations and financial accounts
  • Experience with accounting software i.e. Xero
  • Organised and able to manage tasks accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative

What We Offer

  • Company pension & private medical insurance once probation is passed
  • Flexible working arrangements (Bristol-based with remote flexibility)
  • A collaborative, supportive environment focused on growth and development
