Job Description:
The ideal Sales Manager candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the aerospace sector. This role requires strategic planning, relationship building, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the Aerospace sector
Identify and prioritize potential aerospace sector clients within the assigned territory
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
Conduct engaging sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings to showcase their range of self-adhesive solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to monitor performance and guide decision-making
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and enhance brand visibility within the aerospace sector
The person:
5+ years Sales Management experience in B2B sales within the aerospace sector
Deep understanding of the aerospace sector, including regulations, standards, and customer requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while working independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
