We are offering an exciting opportunity for an adaptable, resourceful and inspirational SEND Teaching Assistant. The nature of this role would ideally suit someone who has experience and is confident working on a 1:1 basis to support a child with complex SEND. Knowledge of ASD and ADHD communication and sensory needs are desirable. We are looking to speak with energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Secondary Teaching Assistants for opportunities working in a mainstream secondary school. The school will be looking for highly charismatic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with the willingness to work hard in their careers. The school are particularly interested in Behaviour however, anyone who has graduated in any degree relevant with Secondary education, Aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists or Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply. Job Details - Secondary Teaching Assistant Guide and monitor pupil progress to identify areas that require improvement. Support the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils. Prepare classrooms prior to lessons they also clean up afterwards. Help teachers in preparing materials that meet the development requirement of children. Organise and supervise pupils during project and sporting activities. Person Specification - Secondary Teaching Assistant Ability to communicate clearly with Teachers and younger individuals. Ability to create an encouraging learning environment for pupils.
