Location: Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Devon -TQ13

£13.30 per hour + Sleep in enhancement - £51.50 per sleep-in

Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time (Includes days, evenings, nights, and sleep-ins)

Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You may be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.

The role and key responsibilities - Female Support Worker - Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ13

As a Support Worker, your vital and varied duties will include:

• Provide Essential Personal Care and Mobility Support, including confident assistance with wheelchair users (moving, handling, transfers).
  
• Deliver person-centred support for daily living, skills development, financial management, and community engagement.
  
• Demonstrate Emotional Resilience and maintain a positive presence across demanding and varied shift patterns.

• Driving licence: Due to the location, you should be able to drive

• Flexible and Adaptable: Willingness to work varied shifts (days, evenings, sleep-ins) and a professional approach to personal care.
