Job Description

FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER:

Location: Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Devon -TQ13

£13.30 per hour + Sleep in enhancement - £51.50 per sleep-in

Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time (Includes days, long days, & waking nights)

About the Role

You will be supporting adults with complex health needs and learning disabilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering person-centred, strengths-based support tailored to individual needs

Supporting with complex personal care, including moving & handling

Providing support with health needs, including medication and specialist routines

Enabling individuals to access their community, pursue hobbies, and build independence

Responding proactively to situations, using your initiative and judgement

Completing accurate, high-quality care records

Working as part of a supportive and professional team

About You
