Site Engineer - FreelanceLocation: NewcastleRate: £350 per dayDuration: 4 monthsSector: Civil Engineering / Section 278 WorksBond Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer for a 4-month freelance position in Newcastle.The project is working with an established civil engineering contractor delivering Section 278 works, including highways, drainage, kerbing and associated infrastructure works.ResponsibilitiesSetting out for highways, drainage, kerbs and associated civils worksWorking from drawings and specificationsProducing and maintaining accurate site recordsQuality assurance and as-built surveysLiaising with site management, subcontractors and the wider project teamEnsuring works are delivered accurately and safelyRequirementsPrevious Site Engineer experience on civil engineering projectsStrong experience with Section 278 / highways worksConfident using robotic total stations and GPSCSCS cardOwn laptop with AutoCAD preferredAble to work independently on siteRate: £350 per dayDuration: Approximately 4 months
