This is an opportunity to join a small, exciting and innovative medical device manufacturer based in Cardiff, who are looking for a talented leader to oversee their R&D operations.
Key Skills Needed:
Strong experiences leading a medical device successfully through clinical trials and through the 510(k) filing process for FDA approval
Overseeing the development of medical devices from concept to market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Well versed in taking products to market, including manufacturability and scalability
Experience in managing vendors and suppliers
Responsibility:
Oversee the development of medical devices from concept to market, ensuring regulatory compliance
Manage overall responsibility of operations, product development and R&D, to ensure success in taking products from concept through to manufacture in line with ISO 13485 and FDA standards
Operating as a key stakeholder when liaising with experts, regulatory authorities, and notified bodies to ensure adherence to standards
Leading across functional teams to align on end-to-end processes
