At Integral, our people are the heart of our business. We have a stable and consistent workforce, with a great atmosphere to work in and remarkable staff retention rates. But we are also a rapidly growing business. As we transition into being a true medium-sized business with a multiple £million turnover and a very high volume of transactions (last year, we delivered over 40 million individual products!), we recognise the need to provide a consolidated and structured HR function to ensure the future growth of our business. We are also a highly diverse company, with our workforce echoing the diversity found in our founding location of Brent, North London. We want to continue fostering this diversity as we grow into Europe, whilst retaining our entrepreneurial and agile approach, and encouraging the currently strong work ethic amongst our employees.
