As a Finance Controller in the property industry, you'll oversee financial operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management of accounting processes. Based in Maidenhead, this temporary role is key to maintaining accurate financial records, reviewing internal controls and supporting decision-making within the business.

Description

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations and processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor budgets and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Profile

A successful Finance Controller must have:

• Strong experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in the property industry.
• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (ACCA,ACA,CIMA)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

• Competitive daily rate of £500 to £550, dependent on the level of experience.
