Finance Controller

Job Description

As a Finance Controller in Bracknell, you'll play a key role in managing the financial operations of a manufacturing focused business. From overseeing accounting processes to ensuring accurate financial reporting, your work will help the organisation stay on top of its financial health while also managing and completing a full ERP transformation from Sage200 to Inplicit.

Client Details

The company operates within the manufacturing industry and is based in Bracknell.

Description

Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and oversee financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making.

Oversee payroll and taxation processes.

Coordinate with external auditors as required.

Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Profile

A successful Finance Controller should have:

Strong experience in accounting and finance roles, ideally within the property industry.

Proficiency with financial software and reporting tools.

Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Offer

Hourly rate between £350 and £375, dependent on the level of experience.

Temporary position offering flexibility.
