Van Driver

Were looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to support our North London stores by collecting and delivering customers' bikes for servicing.

Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely repairs, keeping our customers moving.

Days: Tues - Friday Hours: 32 hours per week

The Day to Day

Safely operate a company-provided van to collect and deliver bikes across London.

Follow scheduled routes to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.

Handle bikes with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded without damage. Perform basic inspections of bikes before transportation, noting any visible issues.

Communicate effectively with store managers, customer support, and customers to coordinate schedules.

Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any required paperwork. *Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.

Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.

Assist other departments as needed, such as stock and goods transfers.

Who we're looking for

Valid UK drivers license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a van driver (ideally in a commercial or delivery role).

Good knowledge of Londons roads and neighbourhoods.

Strong driving skills with a safety-first mindset.

Physically fit, able to lift and carry bikes as needed.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic bike mechanics knowledge is a plus but not required.

Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional weekends if needed.
