They are delivering new build, design and build for residential projects up to the values ranging from £5-15 million. Experience with contract management for new build residential housing values ranging from £5-15 million.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and manage new build and design-and-build residential projects up to £5-15 million on behalf of the client’s development arm.Apply contract management practices to the delivery of new build residential housing projects within the stated value range.QualificationsSelf-starter, highly organized individual.Degree in property or construction.Client-side experience with at least 12 years (or equivalent) of relevant work experience.
