The Role

As part of this team, you will working on HNW/UHNW complex disputes arising from the administration of distribution of deceased estates. You will advise executors, beneficiaries, trustees and other parties on wills, probate and Inheritance Act claims.

You will be working alongside several L500 ranked individuals giving you the platform to deal with a excellent quality level of work, and learn from the best in the industry.

Requirements

• You will have 5+ years of experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor
