I am working with an award-winning law firm with a strong reputation for its commercial approach and people-focused culture, to recruit a Non-Contentious Construction Associate to join its growing Manchester team. The role will involve advising a varied client base across a broad range of construction and development matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, while providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and supporting the continued growth of the practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including development and regeneration projects.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements and associated documentation.
  • Working closely with clients, developers, contractors and other stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
  • Supporting the wider team with business development and client relationship management, contributing to the continued growth of the practice.


Requirements:


  • PQE 2-6 (ideal but not necessary)
