Our Retail Team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as Donation Centre Manager. You will play a vital role in generating income to support Wakefield Hospice care and services.

We are recruiting for a Donation Centre Manager to join our Retail Team. You will lead the operation at the heart of our retail activity, ensuring donations are effectively processed, valued, and distributed to maximise their potential.

Stock Flow & Income Generation
People & Team Management
Transport & Logistics
Compliance & Governance
Reporting & Communication

The role will focus on generating income that supports Wakefield Hospice care, you will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, you will manage people, processes, and stock flow to drive performance across shops, eBay, and other income streams.
