The Job:
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including.

Processing returns in line with company policy.
Logging, investigating, and resolving debit notes raised by customers.
Consulting with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Updating schedules
Progress chasing
Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Customer Service Lead
Candidates Will Need:
Previous customer service experience
Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience.
Stock Control knowledge
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
