Right to work checks / applying for references
Ensuring Compliance requirements are met
Registering Potential Tenants
General Administrative duties
Responding to emails in a timely manner

Property Experience is a must!
Positive, enthusiastic attitude

Excellent organisation skills
Competence with general administration skills
Confident in working with Microsoft Package
Can work in fast paced / high pressure environments
