We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager who is wishing to join a growing organisation that will enable you to reach your career goals and enable us to reach regional/ national boundaries, whilst upkeeping our well deserved reputation and external partnership working relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join a growing, established Care Company in South Yorkshire, working alongside our Business Development Manager and Deputy Managers to enable us to grow and develop the Domiciliary/Home Care services. Our newest project involves supported living which we have invested in and are ready to move forwards with
Applicants should possess:
Experience within management of high-quality home care
Qualified to the level 4 of RMA or NVQ 4 essential with level 5 desirable (or working towards)
Passionate about people, standards and customer satisfaction
Fully computer literate with excellent admin and staff management skills
Reliable with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Possess a working knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards
Dynamic, ambitious and hardworking
Main responsibilities:
Oversee the day to day working of the service
Fulfil evidence based quality assurance on service standards
Possess a working knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards & Care Act 2014 ensuring these are at the forefront of all business decisions
Oversee compliance in line with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Support and develop internal auditing processes to ensure evidence of compliance
Implementation and management of recruitment processes
Liaise with Regulators. Clients, Social Workers and other Associated Professionals or relevant others to ensure good communication and best practice always.
To support and develop individuals employed within the Domiciliary Care Service to achieve career, personal and aspirational goals.
To support and develop the service which ensures best practice which promotes and supports safeguarding practices
