Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid

Salary: £26,500-£30,000 basic DOE + £1,000 quarterly bonus + £5,000 commission

OTE: Up to circa £39,000

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is recruiting a German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join a successful international technology sales business in Bournemouth.

You don't need extensive sales experience for this opportunity. You'll receive comprehensive training and have the chance to develop your skills while working on behalf of a major global technology brand.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out a mixture of inbound and outbound B2B sales activity

Researching and prospecting businesses across the DACH market

Speaking with senior decision-makers and C-level prospects

Identifying customer challenges and potential sales opportunities

Qualifying leads and booking discovery meetings

Building and nurturing relationships with prospective customers

Providing qualified opportunities to Account Managers

Maintaining accurate CRM records

Working towards individual and team targetsWhat we're looking for:

Native-level German is essential

Good written and spoken English

Confident communicating over the phone

Motivated to build a career within technology sales

Proactive, ambitious and comfortable working towards targets

Strong relationship-building skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Native-level language capability is essential for this position and will be assessed during the recruitment process.

Hybrid working - three days in the Bournemouth office and two days from home
