Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid

Salary: £26,500-£30,000 basic DOE + £1,000 quarterly bonus + £5,000 commission

OTE: Up to circa £39,000

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

TeamJobs is looking for a native-level Dutch speaker who wants to develop an exciting career within B2B technology sales.

Joining an international technology sales business in Bournemouth, you'll work on behalf of a major global technology brand, engaging with businesses across the Benelux market and identifying new sales opportunities.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career, with full training provided and excellent progression opportunities available.

Your responsibilities will include:

B2B inbound and outbound prospecting

Researching potential customers across the Benelux market

Engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Identifying business challenges and potential sales opportunities

Qualifying prospects and booking discovery meetings

Building and nurturing relationships

Providing a warm handover of qualified opportunities to Account Managers

Updating CRM systems and maintaining an accurate pipeline

Working towards individual and team KPIsWe're looking for:

Native-level Dutch language skills

Good written and spoken English

Confident and professional communication skills

A genuine interest in developing a career in technology sales

Self-motivated and proactive approach

Resilience and confidence working towards targets

Strong learning and growth mindsetPrevious sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Native-level language capability is an essential requirement and will be assessed during the recruitment process.
