Key Responsibilities:
HR Function Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Support business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
Administer pay plans and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all aspects of human resource management.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in directly managing an HR team.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrated experience with HR metrics.
Proficient in HR systems and databases.
Strong strategic planning and leadership abilities.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.
