If you have the vision and experience to build and manage comprehensive HR processes from the ground up, Malaberg is looking for you. As the first Senior HR Manager for our company, you will be instrumental in establishing the HR framework for our Corporate, Manufacturing and Call Centre units. This standalone role will implement the guidelines and processes that will shape our HR department's future, starting from scratch.

What You’ll Do:
Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Company Principles and Values.
Liaise with C-Suite management and execute agreed HR policies and processes.
Establish the foundation of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
Nurture a positive working environment and set a standard for behaviour and performance.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR functions as a standalone role.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, understanding and collaborating according to the current working culture.
Train and empower managers to independently handle HR issues and enhance their leadership skills
Establish a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maximise use of HR system platform to standardise processes and information across all Malaberg sites
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. CIPD certification or similar is strongly preferred.
Experience in a standalone HR role or significant HR management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and operate effectively.
In-depth knowledge of employment law, including recent and upcoming changes to legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions across all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or Call center environment is highly desirable
