What will you do?

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll help pupils feel supported, confident and ready to learn.

You could be:

Supporting the teacher during lessons

Working 1:1 or with small groups

Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

Encouraging positive behaviour and independence

Helping pupils stay engaged with their learning

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

No two days need to be the same.
