Job Description

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key skills.

Collaborate closely with the class teacher and other professionals to deliver effective learning strategies.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.

Support students' social, emotional, and academic development, helping them build independence and self-esteem.

Adapt teaching materials and methods to suit individual learning needs.

Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students.

About You

Have experience working with children, preferably in an SEN or educational setting.
