Extensive experience within the paid media space - PPC, Paid Social, Display and SEM
Strong track record of success within digital marketing and acquisition - ideally with some international exposure
Strong analytical skills - you'll be well versed in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar
Excellent communication skills - you'll be collaborating with various teams in the business and used to juggling multiple projects
Budget management - you'll be used to working with big budgets
Certified with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or similar
Curiosity - you'll always be looking at ways to improve and experiment
A passion for travel!
You will be...
Developing, testing, leaning and improving digital acquisition strategies - ensuring in-depth campaign analysis is taking place
Managing and optimising paid media channels
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies - briefing and negotiating where necessary
Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Managing budget allocation
A/B testing and experimenting to optimise campaign performance

Salary: £40-50k (doe)
Hybrid working from Glasgow city centre office
