Experienced Learning Manager

Contract Type: Temporary to start 1/9/26

Salary: Competitive, in line with scaleHays Education is seeking an Experienced Learning Manager to join a large, well-established academy in Barnsley. .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the learning and development programmes.

Collaborate with an established team to enhance educational outcomes.

Implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Learning Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
