Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Learning Delivery Manager (QTS Essential) to lead and support high-quality tuition delivery across the North. Based in Leeds, you'll oversee educational contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and strong learner outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS required) with a background in education, quality assurance, or coaching, who is driven to improve tutor performance and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor local authority contracts, ensuring KPIs and compliance are met.

Conduct tutor observations (online and in-person) and deliver actionable feedback.

Support tutor development through coaching and CPD initiatives.

Analyse attendance, engagement, and progress data to improve outcomes.

Oversee safeguarding and compliance requirements, supporting audits where required.

Ensure accurate collection of student progress data for reporting.

Deliver and support Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards.

Build partnerships to enhance social value and community engagement.

About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience in education, tutoring, quality assurance, instructional coaching, or educational leadership.

Strong understanding of teaching practices, curriculum delivery, and behaviour management.

Confident using data to drive performance and decision-making.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North.
