My client offers an in-house design and planning with an ever expanding team of trades and suppliers. Covering Green Roof, Media Walls, Excavated Basements, New Extensions and more.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyse financial statements.
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial insights for decision-making.
Financial Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity.
Implement cost control measures.
Support financial strategy development.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls.
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments.
Communicate financial performance to senior management.
Financial Operations:
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
