Description
The aim of the Senior Administrator is to provide technical administrative support and assistance to the Tax Division. You will work alongside the Tax Support Coordinator, and with other tax administrators in a rapidly growing Tax division.
Key responsibilities will be as follows:
Preparation of PowerPoint slides and images for presentations and proposals
Preparation of Letters of Engagement, requesting of professional clearance, mail merges, etc
Logging, distribution and/or processing of cheques in the Tax Team
Admin support for the VAT partner including expenses, travel, etc., as required
Coordination and completion of print and post requests
Provide occasional holiday and sickness cover for reception as required.
Profile
The successful Senior Administrator will posses the following:
You MUST have excellent PowerPoint/MS Word Styles knowledge, as you will be required to use this on a daily basis
5+ years of previous direct experience in a similar role
Previous professional services sector (ideally within Tax) experience would be ideal
EXCELLENT written English
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. PowerPoint and Visio skills are required.
