We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading construction contractor based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong document management experience within the construction sector.

Essential Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry
✅ Strong working knowledge of Procore (ESSENTIAL)
✅ Experience working on build, fit-out, infrastructure, M&E, or commercial construction projects
✅ Excellent understanding of document control procedures and project workflows
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

* Managing all project documentation using Procore

* Maintaining accurate document registers and tracking systems

* Distributing drawings, technical documents, RFIs, and submittals

* Ensuring document compliance with company and client procedures

* Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers

* Supporting project teams with document management and reporting

* Managing drawing revisions and ensuring controlled distribution

* Archiving project documentation upon project completion
