Key Duties:
Support individual students and small groups during Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 lessons.
Help students understand class tasks and stay focused on their learning.
Maintain a positive, productive environment using calm behaviour strategies.
Assist the class teacher with setting up learning activities and resources.
Provide quick, clear feedback to the teacher on student progress at the end of the lesson.
Requirements:
Recent experience supporting young people in secondary schools, youth work, or care settings.
Strong communication skills and a patient, resilient approach.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one with us).
