Tate Recruitment is seeking outstanding Customer Service Administrators to join their client, Diligenta, in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and mail.

Process pension-related transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters as necessary.

Provide support to clients with navigating our online portal and other digital platforms.

Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn new software systems.

A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of pension services or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
