Job Title: HR & Payroll Coordinator
Location: Team Valley, Gateshead, free parking
Immediate start, ongoing temp contract
Working Hours - Either Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, or, Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Salary: £13 - £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR databases, including SAP, by creating, deleting, and editing employee life-cycle fields.
Generate HR reports as required and provide monthly KPI data and analysis related to headcount, turnover, and absence.
Ensure data quality and integrity by comparing sets of data and identifying inconsistencies/errors.
Coordinate monthly payroll changes and serve as the primary contact for pension and insurance providers or brokers.
Support HR colleagues in employee life-cycle activities as needed.
Manage the time and attendance system.
Advise on absenteeism and leave situations to ensure consistency and policy adherence.
Maintain the UKHR inbox, ensuring all documentation is appropriately stored within electronic files.

Collaborate with the HR Team.
Participate in project teams as appropriate.
