What You'll Be Doing in St. Albans

You'll be working alongside teachers and the wider education team to give children the support they need to thrive to in the education and training sector.

Your role as a Teaching Assistant will include:

Supporting children with their day-to-day learning
Working with individuals and small groups
Helping deliver engaging classroom activities
Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
Supporting children with their social and emotional development
Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
