Our client is a market leading commercial laundry and dry cleaning company. They have been featured by the BBC, FT and other national press as champions of sustainability . Our client is committed to reducing the impact of what is traditionally an energy and water intensive process, without compromising on quality of service.
Our client is looking to grow. Fast. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as a marketing manager your ideas will define the biggest growth period in the company's history. This role is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a rapidly expanding innovative company, and define their B2C and B2B marketing strategies for years to come.
What you’ll be doing
Planning, executing and measuring an effective multi-channel marketing strategy with the aim of rapidly growing our active customer base, using the most effective acquisition channels and retention methods
Strengthening brand identity, and working with the Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Tech team to ensure our brand values are present in the entire customer and client journey
Reformulating consumer insight programme; using data to understand the consumer landscape and refocusing strategy accordingly
Proactively managing physical marketing activity in liaison with the Sales team and the Operations team, including managing a small team of contract brand ambassadors and leafleters
Refocusing digital marketing; and driving SEO in collaboration with the Tech team
Creating marketing assets alongside contract designers, including supporting the Sales team with fast turnaround requests
Adapting, innovating and ambitiously planning for company growth and future opportunities
Requirements
4+ years of multi-channel marketing experience in a scale-up or fast-moving corporate environment, ideally with both B2B and B2C experience
A successful track record in creating and executing strategic plans to drive growth
Experience in executing cross-department projects and managing agencies/designers in asset creation to a deadline and budget
Experience in owning and managing insight-driven campaigns
Experience in all stages of the consumer funnel from Awareness to Referral
You are commercially aware, proactive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
