As Marketing Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their brand. You'll own the budget and P&L for all products within your category, monitoring margins, forecasts and driving profitability against targets, and lead all market and category analysis to identify potential for opportunities, growth and marketing investment. The role reports into the Marketing Director and leads a team of 3 direct reports.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a DTC/eComm/consumer product business, and have strategic experience in leading product categories and driving innovation in a competitive market. You'll be commercial, data-driven, and confident in managing P&L's, budgets, high performing direct reports and external agencies.
