We are now seeking an exceptional Shift Engineer to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled engineering standards and guest experiences.

As a Shift Engineer, you are part of the engineering team, and collaborate across departments to ensure the hotel operates seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Our Shift Engineer key responsibilities

  • Part of the engineering team, ensuring smooth daily operations and safety compliance.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient and effective technical support.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence.

What We're Looking For in our Shift Engineer

  • Experience in shift engineering roles within luxury hotels.
  • Effective knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety, and related maintenance.
  • Specific knowledge of our inhouse systems – KnowCross and Alert65.
  • A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
