Montagu Evans is a UK property consultancy that helps clients unlock value from complexity, because that’s where the most meaningful opportunities live.
Our purpose is to bring clarity, creativity, and conviction to the complex. We are experts who collaborate to create value, not just preserve it and our team is built for impact, not oversight.
We specialise in high‑value, complex assets across the property lifecycle, where political, technical or commercial challenges demand a joined‑up approach.
We are seeking to recruit an IT Team Administrator to join the Technology & Data team, supporting the delivery of critical administrative processes while building core business and IT support capability through a structured apprenticeship programme. The Technology & Data team consists of five Montagu Evans staff (including this role), two onsite staff placed by our IT Managed Service partner and one onsite member seconded in from our Data insights/visualisation partner. The team support all colleagues within Montagu Evans.
The primary focus of this role is to support the smooth and efficient running of IT operations, ensuring a high level of internal customer service and enabling the business to function in a seamless and low‑risk environment.
Alongside this, the role is designed to develop core administrative and professional capabilities through the apprenticeship, including business support, stakeholder engagement, and effective use of workplace systems.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of IT and operational processes, building a strong foundation for a career in administration or business support.
Key areas of responsibility include licence management, asset tracking, equipment lifecycle processes, policy and documentation management, and coordination of service activities with internal and external stakeholders.
