General Manager Premium Restaurant Central London | £50,000 Base + Approx. £20,000 Tronc | £70,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established, premium restaurant in Central London.
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded and people-focused leader who can take full ownership of the operation, drive performance and maintain exceptional standards across both guest experience and team culture .

The Role As General Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day running of the restaurant, including:
Leading, motivating and developing the front-of-house management and service teams
Driving consistently high standards of guest experience and hospitality
Overseeing busy services and maintaining a strong presence on the floor
Managing recruitment, training and development across the team
Driving revenue while maintaining effective control of labour and operational costs
Monitoring budgets, KPIs and overall restaurant performance
Building relationships with regular guests and handling guest feedback professionally
Working closely with the kitchen and senior management teams
Creating a positive, professional and high-performing team culture
Ensuring excellent operational, health & safety and compliance standards
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy/Restaurant Manager within a premium restaurant environment
Has managed a busy, high-volume operation
Is commercially aware and confident working with budgets, labour, revenue and KPIs
Has excellent leadership and people-development skills
Is highly guest-focused with a natural presence on the restaurant floor
Can balance strong commercial performance with exceptional hospitality
Is organised, hands-on and calm under pressure
Is looking for genuine ownership and the opportunity to make an impact
Package £50,000 base salary
Approx. £20,000 tronc per annum
Total package circa £70,000
