A brand-new Korean restaurant is coming to the heart of Soho - and we're looking for an experienced hospitality operator to be part of the launch team.
This is the group's first London opening , with ambitious plans for further growth, so this is a genuine opportunity to make your mark from day one and help shape the next chapter of an exciting international group.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced General Manager / senior operator who understands Korean cuisine, culture and hospitality, and knows what it takes to launch a busy, high-energy restaurant successfully.
You'll take ownership of the opening and day-to-day operation, building a strong team, setting the standards and creating an experience that gets people talking.
You'll be involved in:
Leading the opening and establishing the restaurant from day one
Recruiting, developing and inspiring your team
Driving exceptional service and guest experience
Maintaining high operational, food and service standards
Managing budgets, P&L and commercial performance
Building a strong restaurant culture and team environment
Working closely with the wider group as they continue to grow in London

About You

We're looking for someone with proven restaurant management experience , ideally with a strong understanding of Korean cuisine and hospitality .
You'll be a confident, hands-on operator who enjoys being close to the floor, knows how to build great teams and has the energy to make a new opening a success.
Most importantly, you'll want to be part of something at the beginning - not just run another restaurant, but help establish a brand in London.
