Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you’ll take full leadership of the business, overseeing a senior leadership team across operations, production, and back-office functions.

This high-impact role requires strategic insight and operational expertise to drive performance, innovation, and profitability in a fast-paced and competitive sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to the business, ensuring alignment with the wider group’s objectives and long-term vision.

Lead and inspire a senior leadership team across operations, production, and back-office support, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the business, targeting new markets, increasing capacity, and driving operational efficiencies.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments are met or exceeded.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business, leveraging Lean Manufacturing and other methodologies to optimise processes.

Take full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable profitability through effective cost control, resource allocation, and investment planning.

Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and group leadership, ensuring alignment and strong communication.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, positioning the business as a market leader.

Champion a culture of health, safety, and quality, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
