We are urgently seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with a background in education, care, youth work, or SEN to step into our classrooms and help pupils thrive from day one.

Key Duties:

Assist class teachers with lesson prep, resource setup, and maintaining an inclusive learning environment.

Work 1-on-1 with targeted pupils to adapt learning tasks to their individual abilities and learning speeds.

Lead small-group focus sessions in reading, writing, and math to help bridge learning gaps.

Implement positive behaviour management techniques to keep students engaged and on task.

Assist during break times and lunch hours to ensure pupil safety and encourage positive social play.

Track individual pupil progress and report updates or safeguarding concerns back to the teacher/SENCO.

Requirements:

Proven experience in education, youth work, social care, or SEN support.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with secondary-age students.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
