Programme ManagerLocation: Brierly HillSalary: Competitive BenefitsWe are recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business delivering complex, high-value projects.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer-facing skills who can lead programmes from initial contract award through to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects/programmes throughout the full project lifecycle.Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones and project schedules.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Manage project risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered to agreed cost, quality and delivery targets.Support contract reviews, project launches and engineering changes.Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Drive strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and environmental standards.RequirementsProven experience managing complex engineering or manufacturing projects.Strong project planning and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.Experience managing budgets, resources and project risks.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience working across all stages of the project lifecycle.Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning tools.DesirableEngineering or manufacturing background.Degree, HND or equivalent industry experience.Professional project management qualifications are advantageous.If you are an experienced Programme Manager looking for a new challenge within a growing engineering environment, we'd love to hear from you.INDMIDPlease reach out to Saffron Giddings01296737349JBRP1_UKTJ
