About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Administrator to support our IT & Business Systems team in delivering reliable and secure technology services across the business. You will play a key role in managing IT assets, user accounts, and systems in line with company policies while providing first‑line support to staff across offices and project sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to grow their career in IT administration within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities IT Equipment and Asset Management
  • Maintain the IT asset register, ensuring all company IT equipment (laptops, mobiles, network devices, peripherals) is tracked and managed in line with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate IT setup and retrieval for new starters and leavers in collaboration with HR.
  • Conduct periodic asset checks and ensure compliance with audit and ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the IT & Business Systems team.
System and User Administration
  • Support account creation, modification, and deactivation across key systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Asite, Timesheet Portal, etc.).
  • Maintain access permissions and records in accordance with information security standards.
  • Assist in monitoring project IT systems to ensure consistent performance and data integrity.
Procurement and Documentation
  • Raise IT purchase requisitions and track approvals and deliveries.
  • Reconcile invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders.
  • Maintain software licence records and notify management of upcoming renewals.
  • Keep accurate documentation to support ISO 27001 audits and evidence gathering.
About You Technical Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general IT systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Flexible, “can‑do” attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Methodical working style and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role.
