Residential Conveyancing SolicitorA leading full service, Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their high performing property team based in Birmingham.The firm offers a great work life balance, a unique culture, a lower volume caseload and the opportunity to work with local clients and local work. The Role Handle a mixed caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold, Sale and Purchase, Remortgage, New Builds files from inception to completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
Delegate work to the assistant or support staff
Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate Must be qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE
Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
Have excellent attention to detail
Have the ability to build strong client relationships
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
