The role
Handling your own caseload of property matters with minimum supervision with support staff
Drafting and negotiating transfer of land, transfer of part and transfer of property
Drafting new leases
Raising enquiries on purchase transactions, dealing with enquiries on sale transactions and managing a case file from instruction and commencement to post completion
Dealing with re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of equity
Processing commons and village green applications
Processing adverse possession claims
Drafting and negotiating Deed of Covenants , Deed of Variation, Deed of Easement
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
Completing and processing land registry applications and dealing with Requisitions
Responding to client queries regarding Title or Lease terms
Experience Required
Applications from qualified solicitors , Legal Executives 2 yr + PQE , Those that fall outside this bracket will also be considered
Ideally you will possess some supervisor experience
You will be organised, proactive and a team player
Ability to achieve realistic monthly targets
Enthusiasm for networking and practice development
Friendly working environment
Statutory pension scheme, 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
