We’re looking for a fantastic Senior Insight Manager who has 4-5+ years’ experience. Maybe you’re looking to take a step up, or get back into your research career after a bit of a break, or get out of London etc to the (relatively) fresh air of Leicestershire , or just want to be part of a team again. We are a relatively small full service agency, half a dozen of us right now, so we are looking for a team player who has the confidence and experience to pick up projects from inception through to client delivery.
We’d like someone who has blended experience - qualitative skills (running groups/depths, the analysis and debriefs) and be comfortable with quantitative design and analysis. In particular you’ll be commercially minded and enjoy getting to grips with the data to have meaningful conversations with clients on insight and strategy. We're ideally seeking a full-time team member, but we're open to part-time. We have a flexible working policy so that you can mix being in the office with some home working.
As we’re a small team there’s scope to shape the role to fit your career goals. More than anything, we're looking for what makes you, you. We'll ensure it's the right fit for both of us, and take it from there.

· Confident with clients - happy leading project calls, taking a brief and formulating a project plan, and then progressing it through from inception to debrief
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Training and mentoring of junior staff
· Curious and inquisitive
· Hands-on, team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and collaborate
· Proposal writing experience
· Used to building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
· Passion for interrogating data to answer research challenges
· Used to finding the meaning in the data that will result in specific action-based recommendations to help our clients build their brands
